Milk chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix

Ingredients:  Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Brown Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Sugar, Milk Chocolate Chunks (10%) (Sugar, Full Cream Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (From Milk), Vegetable Oil (Palm/shea/mango Kernel), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Vanilla Flavour), Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed), Whole Egg Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Skimmed Milk Powder, Dextrose, Raising Agent (E575, E500), Flavouring, Salt.

You will need: 30g Softened butter & 2 tbsp (15ml) water

Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4. Lightly grease a baking tray or line with baking parchment. 
2. Put the butter into a mixing bowl and soften lightly with the tip of a wooden spoon. Add the cookie mix and press into the butter with the back of the spoon. Keep pressing until the mix resembles bread crumbs, then add the water, little by little until the mix comes together into a rough dough.
3. Knead together lightly with your hands, then divide into 6 pieces and gently roll each into a ball.
4. Lightly place cookie balls onto the baking tray, leaving space for them to spread.
5. Bake for 1012 minutes until risen and golden around the edges. The cookies will harden as they cool.
6. Leave to cool for 10 minutes on the tray, or eat them while still warm - delicious!

Tip: If you like your cookies really chewy, reduce the baking time slightly.
